4. Shipping Scope

We only ship within the U.S., based on evolving political and legal conditions affecting Indigenous artists. We do not ship internationally.

We sell handmade beadwork, tote bags, apparel, and cultural education services. Variations in handmade items are part of their beauty.

2. Payments

We accept Venmo, Zelle, and Square in person. Online payments are handled through Squarespace.

3. Shipping

Shipping is U.S. only. Tracking is provided where applicable. We are not responsible for postal delays once an item has shipped.

4. Refunds & Exchanges

All sales are final. If an item is damaged or incorrect, contact us within 3 days at ihootaloowa@gmail.com with photos and your order number.

5. Copyright & Cultural Integrity

All designs, photos, and content are the intellectual property of Ihoo Taloowa Beads. No reproduction or use without permission. We actively protect the integrity of our Indigenous designs and teachings.
